Sales & Marketing Executive - Import/Export (Female)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced female Sales & Marketing Executive with strong knowledge of import/export operations. The ideal candidate will handle international client communication, sales coordination, documentation, and market development to grow the company's global business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage international sales leads, inquiries, and customer relationships.
  • Handle export/import documentation including Proforma Invoices, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, BL/AWB, COO, LC/TT documentation, etc.
  • Coordinate with logistics companies, freight forwarders, and customs agents for smooth shipping.
  • Prepare sales quotations, follow up with clients, and close deals.
  • Conduct international market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage email communication, negotiate prices, and maintain strong customer relations.
  • Follow up on payments, shipments, and order status with buyers and suppliers.
  • Work closely with production, finance, and logistics departments to ensure timely execution of orders.
  • Represent the company in online meetings, exhibitions, and trade events.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in import/export, international sales, or trading companies.
  • Strong knowledge of export documentation, shipping procedures, and LC/TT payment terms.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & spoken), especially in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100, Rs150,000.00 per month
