AM / Executive Coordinator – Import & Export Documentation

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented AM/Executive Coordinator to support our Import & Export operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle documentation and coordination tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate import/export records and documentation.
  • Handle Private Bond & EFS-related documents with accuracy.
  • Liaise with Customs authorities for clearance and compliance matters.
  • Ensure timely preparation and submission of required paperwork.
  • Provide coordination support to management and internal teams.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as typing, data entry, and filing.
  • Assist in process improvements and demonstrate a willingness to learn.

Requirements:

  • Graduate / Intermediate (Inter) qualification.
  • Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
  • Strong record-keeping and documentation management ability.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Prior experience in import/export documentation will be an advantage.
