Job Overview:

SourceCode is looking for a Shopify Operations Specialist to manage and optimize the day-to-day operations of our online stores. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling product listings, inventory, order processing, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This position requires strong attention to detail, technical proficiency, and a solid understanding of Shopify's backend operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update product listings, descriptions, and pricing on Shopify.
  • Monitor inventory levels, orders, and fulfillment processes.
  • Coordinate with marketing, design, and logistics teams for campaigns and product launches.
  • Analyze store performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Resolve operational and technical issues related to the Shopify platform.
  • Ensure consistent branding and compliance with company policies.
  • Implement best practices to enhance website performance and user experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, E-commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience working on Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong understanding of product management, analytics, and order operations.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and SEO is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work the night shift (9 PM – 6 AM).
