Timings: 6pm-3am (Flexible)

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical
Business Operations Specialist
to oversee strategic initiatives, optimize processes, and ensure operational excellence across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in
supply chain management, eCommerce operations
, and
cross-functional collaboration
, with the ability to manage teams both
onsite and remotely
. This role will play a key part in driving efficiency, improving workflows, and supporting data-driven decision-making across business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage
    day-to-day business operations
    , ensuring team alignment, productivity, and timely delivery of priorities.
  • Manage and monitor
    supply chain operations
    , including procurement, logistics, vendor management, and inventory control.
  • Handle
    remote and hybrid teams
    , ensuring smooth coordination, clear communication, and accountability across time zones.
  • Lead and support
    eCommerce operations
    , collaborating with internal teams to manage listings, product fulfillment, and customer experience.
  • Identify process inefficiencies across departments and implement
    automation, system enhancements,
    or procedural improvements.
  • Develop and maintain
    Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
    for recurring and business-critical functions.
  • Serve as the
    main point of contact
    for internal operational escalations, troubleshooting, and cross-team dependencies.
  • Collaborate with
    software, procurement, product, and inventory
    teams to ensure end-to-end operational alignment.
  • Partner with leadership to define, plan, and execute
    short- and long-term strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze business processes to identify
    bottlenecks
    and implement continuous improvement measures.
  • Lead
    regular sync meetings
    and project reviews to monitor progress and resolve roadblocks.
  • Build and manage
    operational dashboards and performance reports
    to track key business metrics.
  • Provide
    data-driven insights
    and recommendations to stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
  • Foster a culture of
    ownership, collaboration, and accountability
    within the operations team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    business, Supply Chain, Operations, I.T, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
    (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience
    in business operations, supply chain, or project management roles.
  • Proven experience
    managing daily operations
    ,
    handling remote teams
    , and
    driving cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of
    eCommerce platforms
    and related workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to
    optimize processes, manage procurement and inventory systems
    , and improve operational efficiency.
  • Proficiency in
    Excel, exposure in SQL, and project management tools
    (Jira).
  • Excellent
    analytical, organizational, leadership, and communication
    skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a
    fast-paced, evolving environment
    with a hands-on and problem-solving approach.
