The Recovery Executive will be responsible for managing the collection of outstanding debts and ensuring timely recovery of payments from corporate clients. Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare a collection plan in collaboration with the Sales & Accounts teams, outlining actions for overdue payments.
  • Maintain a detailed registry of receivables in arrears, actions taken, and next steps.
  • Follow up with clients via visits, calls, emails, and SMS as per the collection plan.
  • Develop mechanisms to prevent receivables from falling into default.
  • Resolve repayment issues with clients, minimizing the need for legal action.
  • Liaise with authorities on the progress of legal recovery actions where required.
  • Prepare and share weekly status reports on receivables, collections, and actions taken.
  • Draft, submit, and recover Bank Guarantees (BGs).
  • Collaborate with the Billing, Sales, and Key Accounts teams for clarification on billing and recovery issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in debt collection, accounts receivable, or a finance-related role.
  • Strong understanding of collection processes and debt recovery techniques.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and experience with accounting software is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism in managing sensitive financial information.
