Job Title

As a seasoned professional with an MBA/MS or Fresh ACMA, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely recovery of gas bills from industrial customers.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and Analyze Outstanding Positions: Regularly review and analyze the outstanding positions of industrial customers to identify areas for improvement.
  • Plan and Execute Disconnection Campaigns: Develop and implement disconnection campaigns against defaulting industrial customers to minimize revenue loss.
  • Oversee Reconnection Activities: Promptly oversee reconnection activities upon receipt of payments to ensure seamless service restoration.
  • Implement Installment Plans: Implement and manage installment and part-payment plans for industrial customers to facilitate timely payment.
  • Track Legal Cases: Track legal cases related to outstanding payments from industrial customers and provide necessary documentation.
  • Develop Management Information Systems: Develop management information systems (MIS) for review and desired reports for audits.
