Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Upwork Bidder to join our team for the night shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding and securing projects in animation, graphic design, website development, social media management, and marketing.

Responsibilities:

Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork.

Write compelling proposals tailored to client requirements.

Communicate effectively with clients to convert leads into projects.

Maintain a strong understanding of our services and target market.

Follow up on submitted proposals and manage ongoing client conversations.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder or similar role.

Strong command of English (written and verbal).

Ability to craft persuasive and customized proposals.

Knowledge of Animation, graphic design, web development, and marketing services.

Availability to work night shift (9 PM – 6 AM)

Self-motivated and result-oriented.
