Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karachi Gulshan Branch for a Business Development Manager for Hemayah Takaful. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include market research, strategic planning, customer engagement, sales presentations, contract negotiations, and collaboration with internal teams to enhance product offerings and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability in market research and strategic planning
  • Strong skills in client relationship management and customer engagement
  • Experience in sales presentations, contract negotiations, and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with the insurance industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
