IT Office/ IT Administrator

We are seeking a motivated IT Officer / IT Administrator (Junior Level) to support our IT operations. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with basic IT knowledge who are eager to grow their careers in system and network administration. The selected candidate will assist in troubleshooting, maintaining IT systems, and providing support to staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network issues.

• Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining IT equipment (PCs, printers, routers, etc.).

• Monitor system performance and report issues to the senior IT team.

• Support in managing user accounts, email setups, and access controls.

• Ensure data backup, antivirus, and security systems are up to date.

• Document IT processes and maintain asset records.

• Coordinate with vendors for IT-related support and procurement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

• Basic knowledge of networking, operating systems, and IT troubleshooting.

• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: Rs35, Rs70,000.00 per month
