Role Description

This full-time role as an UpWork Bidder is located on-site in Lahore. The UpWork Bidder will be responsible for identifying potential projects on UpWork, drafting compelling proposals, negotiating project terms, and building relationships with clients. The role also involves understanding client requirements, coordinating with various teams to meet those needs, and ensuring successful project acquisition.

Qualifications

  • Experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities on UpWork and other freelancing platforms
  • Strong proposal writing and business communication skills
  • Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to understand client requirements and coordinate with teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in the IT and digital services industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
