Role Description

We are seeking a
results-driven Upwork Bidder
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in online bidding, lead generation, and client communication, with a strong understanding of IT services, especially in
Web Design, Web Development, and eCommerce solutions
. As an Upwork Bidder, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, drafting winning proposals, and securing new clients on freelance platforms such as
Upwork and LinkedIn
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities through
    Upwork and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
    .
  • Write customized, winning proposals that align with client requirements and highlight agency expertise.
  • Engage with clients through messages and calls to understand project needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to estimate project timelines and prepare competitive bids.
  • Maintain strong follow-up with potential leads to maximize conversion rates.
  • Track, analyze, and report bidding activities, success ratios, and market trends.
  • Build long-term relationships with international clients by ensuring trust and professionalism.
  • Work with the management team to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an
    Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive
    in an IT services company or software house.
  • Strong understanding of
    Web & eCommerce platforms
    (Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, Webflow, Squarespace, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting professional proposals and client interaction.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into actionable business opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
  • Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple bids simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Timing:

Shift Timings: 6 PM - 3 AM
