Business Development Manager – International Sales (Software & App Development)
Location:
Karachi, Pakistan (Night Shift: 6 PM – 2 AM or 7 PM – 3 AM)
(To align with USA/GCC time zones)
About the Role:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead and grow our international sales for custom software and mobile app development services. The ideal candidate has prior experience selling digital solutions to clients in the US and GCC markets, understands client needs, and can convert leads into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to generate leads from USA and GCC regions.
- Identify client needs for web, mobile, and software development projects.
- Conduct online meetings, demos, and negotiations to close deals.
- Manage and mentor a small team of Sales Executives / BDEs (if applicable).
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals.
- Work closely with the project and tech teams to prepare proposals, estimates, and timelines.
- Track performance and report weekly progress using CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs180, Rs200,000.00 per month
