We are seeking a Trainee Student Counsellor who has an A-Level background, strong sales expertise, and excellent communication skills. The role requires guiding students through educational and career opportunities while also achieving enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel students on study options, admission requirements, and career pathways.
  • Handle inquiries and convert leads into successful admissions.
  • Conduct presentations, seminars, and counselling sessions with students and parents.
  • Provide expert advice on study destinations, particularly Europe (advantage if experienced).
  • Maintain professional relationships with students, parents, and academic institutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly student recruitment targets.

Requirements

  • Education: A-Level background.
  • Experience: Strong sales background (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • Well-groomed and professional personality.
  • Knowledge or experience in European student counselling is a strong plus point.
