Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guidance Counsellor located in Karachi East District. The Guidance Counsellor will be responsible for providing student counseling, conducting career counseling sessions, and offering general counseling support to students. Additional tasks include creating and maintaining student records, collaborating with teachers and parents to address students' academic and personal development needs, and guiding students through their educational and career planning processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
  • Strong background in Counseling and Education
  • Knowledge of Psychology principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a school community
  • Relevant certifications or degrees in counseling, education, or psychology
  • Experience in the educational sector is a plus
