Sales Executive – Software Licensing

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with hands-on experience in selling software licenses and other IT collaboration and productivity tools. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of experience in software sales, particularly in licensing, renewals, upselling, and solution-based selling to SMBs and enterprises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Microsoft licensing (Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, etc.) and other collaboration tools like Zoom, AnyDesk, and other software Licenses
- Must be capable of understanding End User Requirements and providing a solution accordingly
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and proposal development to closing deals and post-sales support.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction through renewals and upselling.
- Stay updated with licensing models, bundling options, and product updates from Microsoft and other vendors.
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide clients with customized solutions.
- Prepare sales forecasts, activity reports, and pipeline updates for management.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–4 years of proven experience in software and IT licensing sales.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft licensing programs (e.g., CSP, Open License, Volume Licensing).
- Experience with Zoom, AnyDesk, or similar remote access and conferencing tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client pain points and offer tailored solutions.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
