Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Oracle BPM Implementation Consultant
with 4+ years of hands-on expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing business process automation using Oracle BPM Suite (11g/12c). The consultant will be responsible for requirement gathering, process modeling, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support across multiple business domains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of business processes using
    Oracle BPM Suite (11g/12c)
    .
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into
    BPMN 2.0 process models
    .
  • Configure and implement Human Tasks, Business Rules, Error Handling, and Process Analytics.
  • Integrate BPM processes with external systems using
    Oracle SOA Suite
    , REST/SOAP APIs, and Web Services.
  • Develop, configure, and deploy
    BPEL, Mediator, and OSB
    components.
  • Manage complete implementation lifecycle including design, development, testing, and UAT.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of process automation projects.
  • Perform system tuning, troubleshooting, and provide post-implementation support.
  • Prepare detailed documentation such as SRS, technical design documents, test cases, and deployment guides.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience
    with Oracle BPM Suite (11g/12c).
  • Strong understanding of BPMN, workflow automation, and process orchestration.
  • Proven experience in Oracle SOA Suite, including BPEL, Mediator, and OSB.
  • Proficiency in Java, XML, XSD, XSLT, JDeveloper, and WebLogic.
  • Solid grasp of integration patterns and enterprise architecture concepts.
  • Experience implementing BPM/SOA solutions across multiple business modules.
  • Hands-on experience in deployment, migration, and environment setup.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and client-interaction skills.
  • Experience conducting workshops, gathering requirements, and working directly with business users.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments (preferred).
