Position Overview

We are hiring Communication Associates to support our publisher acquisition and engagement initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential publishers, introducing them to our platform, and guiding them through the onboarding process.

Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply — we will provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to potential publishers via email and other communication channels.
  • Present our platform's value proposition in a clear, persuasive, and professional manner.
  • Follow up with interested publishers and maintain regular communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, responses, and progress using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new publishers.
  • Share feedback and market insights to improve engagement strategies.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in professional email writing.
  • Polite, professional, and persuasive communication style.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using tools such as Google Sheets, Gmail, and CRM platforms (experience with CRM tools is a plus).
  • Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)

  • Previous experience in outreach, sales, or customer service.
  • Interest or background in digital marketing, advertising, or tech platforms.
