Asian Trade Center (ATC) is a growing organization engaged in trade, import, and distribution across multiple sectors. We are looking for a motivated Accounts and Finance Assistant to join our finance team and support daily accounting operations, reporting, and financial documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
  • Assist in preparing invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
  • Support monthly closing and financial reporting activities.
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash.
  • Assist in tax and audit documentation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for billing and payments.

Requirements:

  • Education: B.Com or a relevant degree in Accounting/Finance.
  • Experience: 1–2 years in accounting or finance-related role.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks/Tally preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
