Role Overview

As a Talent Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our Talents. You will oversee their growth journey, manage brand partnerships, maintain strong relationships, and ensure smooth operations between Talents and brands. This role requires a mix of relationship management, business development, and performance tracking to create win-win opportunities for both Talents and brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with Talents, understanding their goals and ensuring their professional growth.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue partnership opportunities by connecting Talents with relevant brands and securing collaborations.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee execution of brand campaigns with Talents, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Performance Reporting: Track, analyze, and report Talent performance metrics to both Talents and brands for continuous improvement.
  • Negotiation & Contracts: Support negotiations with brands, ensuring fair compensation and mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for Talents.
  • Problem-Solving: Act as the go-to person for resolving Talent or brand-related challenges during collaborations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in talent/influencer management, marketing, PR, or brand partnerships (agency background is a plus).
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in reporting tools (Excel/Google Sheets, dashboards, etc.).
  • Creative thinking with a proactive approach to solving challenges.
