Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Public Relations Manager located in Johar Town, Lahore.

Social First - PR Strategy

  • Assist in developing PR campaigns designed to go viral on Instagram.
  • Ensure brand messaging is consistent, engaging, and aligned with the visual identity of the feed.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create thumb-stopping Reels, Stories, and carousel posts that drive conversation.

Influencer & Creator Relations

  • Build and maintain relationships with beauty influencers, micro-creators, and skincare/haircare enthusiasts.
  • Coordinate influencer collaborations, and content reposts.

Launches & Activations

  • Assist in planning Instagram-first product launches, teasers, and countdown campaigns.

Analytics & Insights

  • Track campaign performance (reach, shares, saves, comments) and prepare weekly reports.
  • Suggest data-driven improvements to boost organic reach and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of PR, influencer management, or social media experience (beauty or lifestyle industry preferred).
  • Deep understanding of Instagram trends, algorithm shifts, and best practices.
  • Excellent writing skills for captions, press notes, and influencer communication.
  • Highly organized, creative, and comfortable in a fast-paced, visually driven environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, Figma, or editing apps (CapCut, InShot) is a plus.
