We're looking for a proactive, dynamic, and digitally savvy individual  who is fluent in digital culture, from music and entertainment to influencer trends and emerging technologies, and can translate that understanding into impactful, insight-driven communication strategies.

This role demands someone with strong strategic thinking, exceptional both verbal and written communication skills, and hands-on proven experience in digital storytelling, influencer management, event activations, and performance-led campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the day-to-day digital and influencer communication strategy and execution for key clients, ensuring cohesive storytelling across PR, social, and paid channels.
  2. Develop and implement campaign strategies and ongoing PR strategies that integrate creativity with data-led insights, ensuring alignment across public relations, social media, influencer engagement, platform management, reputation management, issue & crisis management and paid touchpoints.
  3. Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with creators and influencers to secure organic and strategic collaborations, thereby enhancing brand affinity.
  4. Liaise with technology, performance, and digital agencies for cross-functional campaigns, and evaluate potential collaborations (e.g., social listening tools and technology integrations).
  5. Manage the ideation, briefing, execution, and post-campaign reporting processes, ensuring the delivery of measurable outcomes (earned media, engagement, conversions, etc.).
  6. Lead the planning and execution of brand events, product workshops, and exclusive experiences for clients' partners, creators, and media.
  7. Oversee media monitoring and social listening reports, providing timely insights, competitive analysis, and recommendations to optimize communication strategies.
  8. Guide, mentor, and support junior team members, ensuring seamless collaboration across all teams.
  9. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing consultative input on communication direction, influencer relations, and campaign impact.
  10. Maintain an awareness of global and local digital innovations, new technologies, and emerging cultural trends, proactively suggesting new ideas and formats.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  1. 4+ years of experience in digital communications or public relations
  2. Strong understanding of music, pop culture, and digital communities
  3. Proven experience in influencer and advocacy management, content-led campaigns, and digital-first PR
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft narratives and present to senior stakeholders
  5. Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams (creative, paid media, analytics, and external agencies)
  6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and translate them into actionable plans
  7. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Media Studies, or related field (Master's preferred).
