About the Role
We are looking for an experienced
Senior
Bookkeeper
to join our accounting team in Islamabad. You will work with
international clients
(mainly from the
US
) and manage their full bookkeeping cycle using
QuickBooks Online, Xero.
This role is ideal for someone with at least
3 years of hands-on bookkeeping or accounting experience
, who is organized, detail-oriented and confident working with multiple clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform
end-to-end bookkeeping
for multiple clients - Manage
accounts payable and receivable
, including invoicing and collections - Handle
bank and credit card reconciliations - Process payroll
and ensure accurate records - Prepare and review
financial reports - Communicate with clients to answer queries and provide support
Requirements
- Minimum
3 years of professional bookkeeping/accounting experience - Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Xero and Excel
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
(US GAAP knowledge is a plus) - Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Good communication skills, especially in client-facing roles
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is a plus but not mandatory
