About the Role

We're looking for a smart, proactive professional who can manage and grow our
Upwork and Fiverr profiles
, handle client communication, and help close deals.

This role suits someone who understands freelancing platforms, enjoys building relationships, and can turn leads into confirmed projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow multiple
    Upwork and Fiverr accounts
    .
  • Create, update, and optimize profiles and gigs to attract quality leads.
  • Respond promptly to client messages and maintain professional communication.
  • Write proposals, schedule meetings, and follow up until deals are closed.
  • Coordinate with the internal design team for smooth project handovers.
  • Handle client communication and updates through
    Discord and email
    .
  • Keep records of leads, conversions, and project pipelines.


Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken
    English communication
    .
  • Prior experience with
    Upwork or Fiverr
    preferred.
  • Confident handling client calls, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Familiar with
    Discord, Trello, and Google Workspace
    .
  • Professional attitude and strong organizational skills.
  • Must be
    available onsite full-time
    during office hours.
