Job Purpose:

To provide technical support and ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems, hardware, and software across Mart and back-office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site and remote IT support to store and warehouse teams.
  • Install, configure, and maintain POS systems, computers, printers, and network devices.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity, CCTV systems, and data backups.
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software maintenance.
  • Support implementation of new systems or upgrades within the Mart Division.
  • Maintain IT asset records and ensure timely preventive maintenance.
  • Ensure data security, user access control, and system compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in training store staff on IT systems and POS usage.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail operations.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware, networking, and POS systems.
  • Knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and basic server management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Rs50, Rs60,000.00 per month
