Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mergers and Acquisitions Director based in Karāchi. The Mergers and Acquisitions Director will be responsible for leading and managing M&A transactions, conducting due diligence, performing financial analysis, and supporting corporate development initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive seamless integration of acquired entities.

Qualifications

  • Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Corporate Development skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Finance expertise
  • Experience conducting Due Diligence
  • Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Karāchi
  • MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
  • Experience in the chemical industry is a plus
