Job Description: HSE Officer (Hotel Industry)

As an HSE Executive, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental policies to ensure a safe workplace for employees and guests within the hotel premises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits across hotel operations.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and international hotel industry safety standards.
  • Deliver HSE training sessions for staff to promote awareness and safe practices.
  • Maintain records of safety drills, permits, and compliance documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
  • NEBOSH / IOSH certification (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations within the hospitality/hotel industry
