Job description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Admin Manager to join our organisation for factor for labour matter. As the Admin Manager, you will oversee day-to-day administrative operations, manage a Labour, and ensure work efficiency.
An Admin Manager for hiring and documentation for labour, dealing with social security and EOBI, enforcement of rules inside the factory and has knowledge regarding labour laws.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Experience in dealing EOBI matters
- Experience in dealing PESSI matters
- Enforcement of rules inside the factory and has knowledge regarding labour laws
- Civil works as per instructions
- Housekeeping
- Co-ordination with utility departments
- Transportation
- Supervision of security activities
- General Admin activities
- Completion of hiring files with necessary documentation for labour
- Hiring & firing of employees in system as well
- Processing of Final settlements
- Looking after compliance related activities & record keeping
- Responsible to implement HSE protocols
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- EX- Army candidates will be preferred. 3-4 years of experience in administration, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Rs60,000.00 per month
