Position Overview

We are seeking articulate and results-driven US Call Center Agents
to handle outbound calls and build strong relationships with our US clients. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, customer service, and identifying opportunities to promote our digital services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 200+ outbound calls daily
    to engage with US-based clients.
  • Provide expert information about our
    SEO, Digital Marketing, AI Optimization, and Web Development
    services.
  • Identify and qualify
    3–5 upselling opportunities per week
    .
  • Educate clients on performance reports and suggest beneficial service upgrades.
  • Maintain detailed call logs and contribute to achieving team goals.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    Minimum Matric / O-Level (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Experience:
    At least
    1 year of international cold calling experience
    (required).
  • Language:
    Fluent in English (mandatory).

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in
    Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
    .
  • Basic understanding of
    SEO and digital marketing
    concepts (a plus).

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional phone etiquette and emotional intelligence.
  • Goal-oriented, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure.
  • Availability:
    Must be able to work the
    night shift (6 PM – 3 AM)
    from our
    Johar Town, Lahore
    office.
