Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and confident
Cold Calling & Client Outreach Intern
to join our business development team. The intern will be responsible for contacting potential clients, introducing our services, building rapport, and assisting in generating qualified leads for the sales team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in
sales, communication, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce our services.
  • Conduct follow-ups with leads via phone calls, emails, or LinkedIn.
  • Maintain a database of prospects and track communication in CRM or spreadsheets.
  • Assist the team in developing outreach strategies to improve client engagement.
  • Schedule meetings or demos for senior sales representatives.
  • Provide daily or weekly reports on outreach performance.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English/Urdu).
  • Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or lead generation.
  • Confident speaking on calls and handling client queries.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Basic computer and internet skills (Google Sheets, LinkedIn, etc.).
