About Us:

TradeUnleashed is a fast-growing technology-driven company providing retail and supply chain solutions. We are looking for a proactive and skilled Software Support Officer to join our team and provide technical and functional support for our ERP and retail systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day software and ERP support to end users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system or process-related issues efficiently.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth software operations.
  • Support Omni, Supply Chain, and Retail modules.
  • Document support activities and ensure timely follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (BBA-IT / BSCS preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in software or ERP support (fresh graduates with strong knowledge may also apply).
  • Hands-on knowledge of Omni, Supply Chain, and Retail systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
