Software Support Executive (ERP)

Location: Jail Road, Lahore

About the Role:

TradeUnleashed is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Software Support Executive (ERP) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ERP systems support and troubleshooting, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and assistance for ERP users.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP software issues.
  • Coordinate with the development team to escalate complex issues.
  • Maintain documentation for support requests and resolutions.
  • Assist in ERP data management, reporting, and user training.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant ERP support experience.
  • Strong understanding of ERP modules and workflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

Timings: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM

Location: TradeUnleashed Office – Jail Road, Lahore

Salary: Up to PKR 60,000/month (as per experience)
