We are seeking a Google Ads Expert who can plan, create, and optimize high-performing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of increasing conversions, lowering cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and improving overall campaign performance across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns from setup to optimization.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
  • Write engaging ad copy and design effective ad structures (SKAGs, responsive search ads, etc.).
  • Set up and optimize conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
  • Perform A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts.
  • Certification in Google Ads (Search, Display, or Shopping) preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
  • Proven results in lead generation or eCommerce sales campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Experience with other ad platforms (Meta, Microsoft Ads, etc.) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing large ad budgets ($10K+/month).
  • Strong understanding of landing page optimization (CRO).
  • Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50, Rs100,000.00 per month
