Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Takaful Consultant, located in Karachi Division. The Takaful Consultant will be responsible for acquiring and managing clients, understanding their financial and protection needs, and providing tailored Takaful solutions. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, meeting sales targets, educating clients about Takaful products, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The position also requires ongoing communication and collaboration with team members and other stakeholders within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction and relationship building.
  • Solid understanding of financial planning and an ability to effectively educate clients on Takaful solutions.
  • Sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to achieve targets and work towards goals.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple clients and tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using office software such as MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team to ensure goal alignment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an added advantage but not mandatory.
