Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Health Services Consultant, based in Karachi East District. The Health Services Consultant will assist clients in understanding and selecting suitable takaful products, ensuring alignment with their health and financial needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client consultations, analyzing needs, providing tailored recommendations, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires collaboration with team members and adherence to organizational and Shariah principles while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to consult with clients effectively
  • Understanding of takaful principles and processes
  • Customer service and relationship management skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools
  • Knowledge of health services or insurance products (a plus)
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
