We are seeking a confident, target-driven Appointment Setting Agent to contact prospective clients, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for our sales and advisory team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English, a professional phone manner, and strong organisational ability to manage call volumes efficiently.

This role is vital in driving the firm's growth by generating consistent, qualified appointments through structured outreach and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities


•⁠ ⁠Make outbound calls to potential leads from the company's CRM or database.


•⁠ ⁠Introduce the company's services professionally and build rapport with prospects.


•⁠ ⁠Schedule appointments or call-backs for senior advisors / area specialists.


•⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in CRM.


•⁠ ⁠Achieve daily and weekly call and appointment targets.


•⁠ ⁠Follow a clear communication script and provide feedback to improve it.


•⁠ ⁠Report performance metrics (calls made, conversations held, appointments booked, etc.) to the supervisor.

Requirements


•⁠ ⁠Excellent spoken English communication skills


•⁠ ⁠Confident phone manner and ability to engage decision-makers.


•⁠ ⁠Proven experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or call-centre sales preferred.


•⁠ ⁠Must have access to a laptop/desktop and stable internet connection.


•⁠ ⁠Basic computer literacy (Google Sheets / Excel / CRM systems).


•⁠ ⁠Positive attitude, persistence, and strong sense of accountability.


•⁠ ⁠Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet performance targets.
