- Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out processes.
- Maintain positive guest relations by addressing queries, complaints, and special requests efficiently.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest requirements are met.
- Provide information about services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Manage guest bookings, reservations, and apartment allocation.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in guest relations, front office, or hospitality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Urdu (additional languages preferred).
- Customer-oriented with problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management systems.
- Well-groomed, professional, and presentable personality.
