Job Summary:

We are looking for a well-spoken, well-groomed, and professional
Customer Relations Officer
to manage
appointment-based clients
. The role involves conducting scheduled
site visits
, presenting offerings, and
closing deals
. This position requires excellent communication skills, a confident personality, and a strong client-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to clients through
    pre-scheduled appointments
    only.
  • Conduct
    site/location visits
    with clients and present offerings professionally.
  • Build strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals
    during or after site visits.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and deal progress.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding post-deal.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience:
    Minimum 1 year in client-facing roles such as sales, customer relations, or hospitality.
  • Appearance:
    Well-groomed and professional presentation is mandatory.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion ability
  • Basic computer and CRM proficiency
