About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Associate
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building strong teams, ensuring smooth HR processes, and delivering an exceptional employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
*Talent Acquisition*

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions
  • Post job openings on relevant platforms and maintain candidate pipelines
  • Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communication
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports

*HR Operations*

  • Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and documentation
  • Maintain and update HR records in HRIS/HR databases
  • Support performance management cycles, including goal-setting and evaluations
  • Address employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and HR procedures
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and HR compliance requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 6 months-2 years of experience in HR, with exposure to both recruitment and HR operations
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, HR policies, and labor laws
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems (ATS/HRIS)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
