HR Generalist is a vital role in our organization. We seek an organized, detail-oriented, and compassionate professional to support our HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Onboarding & Administration: Prepare new hire paperwork, coordinate orientation schedules, and ensure a welcoming first-day experience for employees.
  • HR Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our human resources information system.
  • Employee Support: Serve as a friendly and helpful first point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Benefits Administration: Assist with enrollment and answer basic employee benefits questions.
  • Recruitment Support: Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and assist with background checks.
  • Compliance: Help ensure HR practices comply with relevant legal regulations.
  • Meeting & Event Coordination: Schedule meetings, prepare HR reports, and assist with organizing company events and training sessions.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications):
  • A proven track record as an HR Assistant or similar role.
  • A high school diploma; an associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is a plus.
  • Understanding of basic HR practices and labor laws.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
  • A high level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS software is an advantage.
  • A proactive attitude and genuine desire to help others.
