UI/UX Designer
who thinks beyond pixels—someone who understands how design decisions impact usability, storytelling, and brand experience.

What you'll do

  • Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and digital products.
  • Translate wireframes, user flows, and business requirements into clean, functional, and visually engaging designs.
  • Collaborate with strategists, developers, and project managers to bring concepts to life.
  • Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to inform design solutions.
  • Build and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products.
  • Stay updated with design trends, interaction patterns, and emerging technologies.

What we're looking for

  • 1–3 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI design and user experience work.
  • Proficiency in Figma (or Sketch/Adobe XD), and familiarity with prototyping tools.
  • Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability principles.
  • Strong eye for typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to balance creativity with functionality and business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Some extras we would love you to have

  • Experience with motion graphics or micro-interactions.
  • Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JS).
  • Familiarity with Webflow or WordPress.
