Job Title: Sr. Product Specialist

Location: Gulberg II, Lahore (Onsite)

Timings: 9 AM – 6 PM | Full-time / Permanent

About the Role

We are looking for a
Senior Product Specialist
to drive product adoption, user engagement, and feature improvements. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless rollouts, gathering actionable insights, and contributing to the product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead product adoption strategies to maximize user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Plan and execute product rollouts with smooth stakeholder coordination.
  • Collect, analyze, and report user feedback to inform product improvements.
  • Collaborate with QA, support, and development teams to align on product initiatives.
  • Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, manage sprint planning, and ensure process adherence.
  • Deliver product training sessions and maintain updated product documentation.
  • Support testing phases and resolve issues during UAT.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or a relevant field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in a product-focused role.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum (Scrum Master certification is a plus).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with product management tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
