JOB DETAILS
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore & Karachi for a Business Development Manager. The individual will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and implementing strategies to drive company growth. Daily tasks include analyzing industry trends, preparing detailed proposals, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions tailored to customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience of Sales in a Freight Forwarding Company
  • Must be a residence of Lahore or Karachi
  • Strong business acumen, including skills in Business Development, Sales, and Market Analysis
  • Proficiency in Client Relationship Management and Customer Engagement
  • Strategic Planning and Problem-Solving capabilities
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is beneficial
