Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients through research and outreach.
  • Support the development and execution of strategic plans to expand our customer base.
  • Utilize CRM software, including Salesforce, to track leads, manage contacts, and update client information.
  • Participate in sales presentations, meetings, and negotiations alongside senior team members.
  • Contribute to marketing campaigns and promotional activities aimed at increasing brand awareness.
  • Help organize and coordinate project management tasks related to business development initiatives.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-up activities within CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business growth strategies.

Experience

  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of business development principles, sales techniques, and negotiation skills.
  • Exposure to strategic planning, project management, and marketing concepts is advantageous.
  • Prior experience or coursework related to customer relationship management or sales is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about business growth strategies. This internship provides valuable exposure to the core functions of business development while supporting your professional growth in sales, marketing, and client relationship management areas.
