*Job Title: Email Marketing Strategist (Klaviyo Specialist)*

*Job Summary:*

We are seeking a results-driven Email Marketing Strategist with hands-on expertise in Klaviyo to lead and optimize our email marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for building and executing high-converting email campaigns, developing automated flows, and crafting personalized customer journeys to drive engagement, retention, and revenue.


**Key Responsibilities:**

* **Strategy & Planning**

* Develop and execute data-driven email marketing strategies aligned with company goals and customer lifecycle stages.

* Analyze audience segments and define targeting strategies for various customer cohorts.

* **Campaign Execution**

* Create and manage engaging email campaigns including promotions, product launches, newsletters, and triggered automations.

* A/B test subject lines, creative content, CTAs, and send times to optimize performance.

* **Automation & Flows**

* Design, build, and optimize Klaviyo flows such as welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, and re-engagement journeys.

* Leverage behavioral and transactional data to personalize automation flows at scale.

* **Performance Optimization**

* Monitor and analyze campaign KPIs (open rates, click-through, conversion, unsubscribe rates, etc.) and report insights.

* Implement continuous improvements based on data and evolving email best practices.

* **Cross-functional Collaboration**

* Work closely with design, product, and customer success teams to align messaging and campaign objectives.

* Maintain brand voice and ensure emails comply with deliverability, CAN-SPAM, and privacy regulations.


**Requirements:**

* 2–4+ years of proven experience in email marketing and lifecycle automation.

* **Proficiency with Klaviyo** is a must (segmentation, flows, analytics, integrations).

* Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, retention strategies, and CRO (conversion rate optimization).

* Experience with HTML/CSS for email templating is a plus.

* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.

* Exceptional copywriting and attention to detail.

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs300,000.00 per month
