We're hiring for Creative Marketing Strategist - Lahore

Introduction to the Client company:

A US-based fastest growing IT company having offices in a UK and UAE is hiring Creative Marketing Strategist for it's Lahore office.

About the Role

This is a leadership role, not a design role.

The client company is hiring a Head of Creative Strategy to drive the companys brand thinking, creative systems, and strategic direction. The ideal candidate has experience working with fast-growing startups and understands how to build scalable creative infrastructure that aligns with business objectives.

You'll oversee Pakistan-based creative operations and act as the key strategic partner to business development and marketing, ensuring that company's global brand across the US, UK, EU, and MENA is bold, consistent, and results-driven.

What You'll Lead:

  • Creative and Brand Direction: Set the tone, systems, and standards for Fortunes brand across all platforms and initiatives.
  • Startup-Aligned Strategy: Use your startup experience to shape agile, growth-oriented creative strategies. Prioritize speed, clarity, and momentum over polish.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work directly with business development and marketing to ensure brand and creative strategy are aligned with sales and growth goals.
  • Creative Operations Oversight: Supervise Pakistan-based creative teams. Ensure the output is consistent, strategic, and aligned with Fortunes global positioning.
  • Frameworks Over Firefighting: Build scalable systems for storytelling, messaging, and execution. Bring order to the chaos without stifling ideas.
  • Performance-Driven Execution: Prioritize what moves the needle. Create processes that are focused on impact, not superficial metrics.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years in a creative leadership, strategy, or brand-building role, ideally within a startup or high-growth environment Demonstrated success building or scaling creative systems that drive business outcomes
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and audience-centric storytelling
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage timelines, and make strategic decisions without needing to execute yourself
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams in multiple markets What You Get A leadership seat.
