Position Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Head Hunter / Executive Recruiter to identify, approach, and attract top-level professionals for senior and executive roles. The role requires strategic networking, market mapping, and relationship building with C-level executives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct executive search and headhunting activities for senior leadership and niche positions.
  • Map target industries and companies to identify high-potential talent.
  • Approach passive candidates through networking, cold-calling, and referrals.
  • Conduct detailed candidate evaluations, career discussions, and cultural fit analysis.
  • Advise clients/hiring managers on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and market trends.
  • Maintain a high-level network of executives and industry leaders.
  • Negotiate offers and manage sensitive, confidential recruitment processes.
  • Deliver shortlists and progress updates to stakeholders within agreed timelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 4–7+ years of experience in executive search/headhunting.
  • Proven track record in successfully filling senior/executive roles.
  • Strong market research, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication with ability to engage senior leaders confidently.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs50,000.00 per month
