About the Role
We're hiring someone who can build accurate B2B outreach lists for cold email campaigns. This is not generic data entry. The focus is on identifying the right decision-makers and flagging logical touch points for outreach. For example: spotting that a company lacks SEO, has a slow website, or poor performance based on campaign context.
What You'll Do
- Research target companies and find the correct decision-makers (founders, CMOs, heads of product)
- Collect and verify professional contact details (email, LinkedIn, role, company domain)
- Clean and validate the data before sending to campaigns
- Identify simple "hooks" for outreach such as missing SEO, low speed scores, or weak content presence
- Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Hunter, Clearbit, NeverBounce (or similar)
- Deliver clean CSVs of verified contacts for cold email campaigns
