Position Overview
NETS International, a leading global technology systems integrator, is seeking a seasoned and driven Business Development/Sales Manager with a strong background in cybersecurity services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of our Security Operations Center (SOC) business across Pakistan by identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing strong relationships with C-level executives, and guiding the sales cycle from lead generation to successful closure. This is a high-impact, client-facing role that requires consultative sales expertise, a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, and robust business acumen.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Development & Pipeline Management:
Independently hunt and qualify new business opportunities for SOC and other cybersecurity services. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring it meets and exceeds quarterly and annual targets. - Sales Execution:
Drive opportunities to successful closure, managing the entire sales cycle. Lead bid responses, tenders, and RFPs, and work collaboratively with internal teams to submit timely and compelling proposals. - Strategic Business Growth:
Actively grow the SOC business by identifying market trends and customer needs. Work closely with the Products and Marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to the Pakistani market. - Client Relationship Management:
Own and expand strategic relationships with clients, particularly with CXOs and key stakeholders within customer accounts across industries such as BFSI, Enterprise, SMBs, Government, Education, and Telecoms. - Solution Positioning:
Articulate and position complex technology services, including Managed Security Operations Center (SOC), Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT), and Posture Assessment services. - Collaboration:
Work cross-functionally with solution architects, service delivery, and support teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 15+ years of B2B services and solutions selling experience, with a focus on cybersecurity.
- Proven ability to manage enterprise accounts and close high-value service contracts.
- Strong existing relationships with clients and CXOs in the Pakistan market.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen, analytical, and business planning skills.
Preferred Attributes
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or other relevant sales/technical certifications are a plus.
- Prior experience selling Managed SOC and VAPT services.
- Fluency in the Written and Verbal English language is mandatory.
