Job Summary:

The CSR / Sales Service Coordinator is responsible for managing showroom and unsold stock complaints, ensuring timely resolution through effective coordination, follow-up, and proper documentation in the Sales Care system. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple service-related tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle showroom and unsold stock complaints with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Assign, monitor, and follow up on complaints to ensure timely closure.
  • Coordinate with company service centers and internal departments for smooth complaint resolution.
  • Record complaint details, actions taken, and remedies in
    Sales Care
    .
  • Maintain accurate complaint logs and prepare periodic reports.
  • Support the Service Department in achieving after-sales quality and performance targets.

Requirements / Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service or after-sales coordination (preferred).
  • Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and complaint management systems.
  • Organized, proactive, and customer-oriented approach.
