Now, we're launching a new premium women's fashion brand — a modern expression of elegance and design integrity. We're hiring a Fashion Marketing & VM Manager to lead marketing, retail presentation, and brand storytelling from launch onward.

Role Overview

You'll own the brand's full marketing and retail presentation strategy. From campaign planning to in-store storytelling, you'll make sure every touchpoint — digital, social, and physical — feels cohesive and commercially effective.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand Building


• Plan and execute 360° campaigns for seasonal collections and product drops.


• Manage influencer, stylist, and celebrity collaborations across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.


• Oversee creative production and fashion shoots from concept to execution.


• Lead performance marketing (Meta, Google, TikTok) and report on ROI.


• Align storytelling, visuals, and tone across e-commerce, retail, and social platforms.

Visual Merchandising & Retail Experience


• Design in-store displays and product layouts that maximize conversion.


• Develop seasonal VM guidelines, look-books, and window display concepts.


• Train store teams on presentation standards and customer flow optimization.


• Collaborate with design, retail, and marketing to ensure each collection is presented with narrative and intent.


• Monitor store performance and adjust layouts based on sell-through data and customer behavior.

What You Bring


• 4–8 years of experience in fashion marketing and/or visual merchandising.


• Proven record of leading marketing for a fashion or premium lifestyle brand.


• Strong creative instincts, network of influencers/stylists, and understanding of local fashion culture.


• Experience managing fashion shoots and content production.


• Practical understanding of retail floor design, product adjacencies, and VM psychology.


• Data-driven, organized, and comfortable managing budgets and teams.
